Exhibition

The possibility of an exhibition booth is offered solely to non-seed companies, who wish more visibility.
Please note: exhibition booths are limited. These will be awarded to interested companies by order of date of application to the Euroseeds 2024 Secretariat.
The Euroseeds 2024 Secretariat reserves scrutiny on received applications and the right of final decision without redress on the allocation of booths.

Exhibition booths can be rented at the Euroseeds 2024 Congress for a fee of 4.500,00€.
The fee includes the following services for the booth :

• A 6m² exhibition booth from Sunday, 13 October 2024, at 19.30 to Wednesday, 16 October 2024, at 16.00. Includes electricity, 2 spotlights, 1 back panel to include the company’s name and 1 high standing table with 3 chairs.
• The registration fees for the Euroseeds 2024 for max. 2 people of the same company.
• Lunches and coffee breaks for max. 2 people for all three days.
