Registration for the Euroseeds 2024 Congress is possible for Euroseeds Members as well as non-Members.
Non-Members who whish to register must be seed industry professionals from companies or national/regional/international seed organisations or related business. The Secretariat reserves scrutiny of registrations and may decide without redress to revoke non-eligible registrations.
Registration to Euroseeds Congresses is exclusively reserved for legitimate representatives of seed companies, of national, regional or international seed associations, and for specifically invited guests. All registrations are subject to verification of eligibility by the Secretariat which may decide on acceptance or rejection of registrations without redress. We kindly request that only duly legitimized representatives from seed companies and associations register to the congress to ensure a focused and productive exchange of sector-specific knowledge and expertise. Euroseeds much appreciates your cooperation and understanding.
Accompanying person can not participate at the official programme of the Congress.
Accompanying person can register (for a fee of 350,00€) at :
- The Welcome Evening on Sunday 13 October from 19.30 until 22.30
- The lunches on Monday 14 October, Tuesday 15 October and Wednesday 16 October

Exhibition, trade floors, Section meetings and Open Part of the Assembly General are open to all registered participants.
The Statutory Part of the Assembly General is open only to Euroseeds Members.
Meetings marked with “Closed Meeting” are on personal invitation only; please check the Congress Programme for details.

The registration fees for the Congress cover admittance to the Welcome Evening and the respective meetings, lunches and coffee breaks.
Any cancellation and replacement by one of your colleague will be invoiced at 200,00€.
Badges will be handed out to participants at the Congress at the Welcome Desk. For security reasons, please wear your badge at all times.
IMPORTANT: Persons without a badge will not be admitted to any part of the Euroseeds2024 Congress.
If you forget or lose your badge during the Euroseeds2024 Congress, you will be charged for 50,00€ for a new badge.
The Welcome Desk will be at your service for registration at the indicated times on the program and to hand out the necessary information. For any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask there.
Cancellation fees :
- Cancellations of registrations received until 2 September 2024 will be refunded by 100% minus a handling fee of 200,00 € . After this date no refund will be made.
- Cancellations of exhibitors received until 2 September 2024 will be refunded by 100% minus a handling fee of 400,00 €. After this date no refund will be made.
- Cancellations of trade tables received until 2 September 2024 will be refunded by 100% minus a handling fee of 200,00 €. After this date no refund will be made.
- Cancellations of meeting rooms received until 2 September 2024 will be refunded by 100% minus a handling fee of 400,00 €. After this date no refund will be made.

The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data is published in the European Parliament Directive 95/46/EC and of the Council of 24 October 2005. In accordance with these Directives your personal data will be processed by Euroseeds 2024 Congress Secretariat during the registration to the Euroseeds 2024 Congress. By filling in the registration form, i.e. general registration or exhibition registration form, you are authorizing Euroseeds 2024 Congress to use your data for the above mentioned purpose only. You are entitled to change or cancel your personal data through the Euroseeds 2024 Congress Secretariat (see “Contact”).
The lunches on 14, 15 and 16 October 2024, all coffee breaks and the Welcome Evening party on Sunday are included in the registration fee.
We will offer free wireless internet connection to all participants during the opening hours of the Euroseeds 2024 Congress on the trade and meeting floors. Each participant will receive the login details with the documentation and badge at the Welcome Desk.
The official language for the meetings and the General Assembly is English. Translation and interpreting services during the event will not be available.
Neither Euroseeds, nor MeetMany, nor the Tivoli Hotel Copenhagen will be held liable for any loss or damage to your personal or business items caused by transportation before or after or by any circumstances during the Euroseeds 2024 Congress. Please be sure that your insurance covers such incidents.

The participant list will include the person’s full name, the company and e-mail address for contacts and appointments to be arranged before. You can find the participant list here. You will receive the link to this list in your final confirmation mail. No access will be given until the payment has been received!

IMPORTANT: All invoices must be paid before the start of the congress in order to get access.
The Euroseeds 2024 Congress Secretariat will do its best to ensure the maximum protection of your payment. However, Euroseeds will not be held responsible for any payment error!
Euroseeds is exempted from VAT according to the Belgian law on exemption from VAT 44§2.11. No VAT will be charged for the registration fee of the Euroseeds 2024 Congress or the exhibition and sponsorship fees. Consequently, no VAT redemption is possible. All other services, incl. hotels, may be subject to VAT and therefore may be charged accordingly.
