A new space for the Next Generation

Euroseeds is proud to launch the very first NextGen Forum at our 2026 Congress in Valencia.
This new initiative opens the doors of Europe’s seed sector to the next generation of talent.

The aim is simple but ambitious:

  •  Inspire Master’s, PhD students and postdocs with insights into the diverse career paths
    within the seed industry.
  • Connect young academics with CEOs, directors, breeders, and technical experts in an
    open and informal setting.
  • Build bridges that may lead to mentorships, internships, and future career
    opportunities.

Who will be there?

  • Up to 50 Master’s, PhD students and postdocs from Valencia’s leading universities in
agriculture, plant breeding, plant genetics, and related disciplines.
  • Top-level industry representatives, from CEOs to heads of research and breeding
departments, ready to share their experience and engage with students.

How to Apply

Eligibility

  • Master’s, PhD students and postdocs in agriculture, plant breeding, plant genetics, and
    related fields.
