A new space for the Next Generation

Euroseeds is proud to launch the very first NextGen Forum at our 2025 Congress in Edinburgh. This new initiative opens the doors of Europe’s seed sector to the next generation of talent.

The aim is simple but ambitious:

• Inspire Master’s, PhD students and postdocs with insights into the diverse career paths within the seed industry.
• Connect young academics with CEOs, directors, breeders, and technical experts in an open and informal setting.
• Build bridges that may lead to mentorships, internships, and future career opportunities.

The NextGen Forum is a unique opportunity to step inside the European seed sector, meet its leaders, and explore career paths you may not have considered.
